• Enrollment or Re-enrollment at MCA is a commitment to a full calendar school year for attendance and tuition responsibility.
• ALL FEES, including Curriculum & Technology fees, Application, Enrollment, and Re-enrollment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Tuition plans, tuition fees, and tuition payments are managed exclusively in FACTS Tuition Management. There is an annual charge from FACTS of $50 per family for this billing support.
• While enrolling online, you will select a payment plan option: annual, monthly, or weekly, and enter the students in the family using the payment plans. After completing the FACTS payment plan selection, the system will return you to the enrollment portal. (A complete description of the plans will be online as you complete enrollment).
• TUITION PAID IN FULL by August 1st will receive a 5% discount. There are no multiple discounts applied to tuition so please choose the best discount that applies to your family.
• If your tuition draft is returned, a $30 fee will be added to your account.
• Curriculum, Supplies, and Technology Fees are to be paid May-July, but may be paid in full any time before July 1st. If you plan to make this payment in full, please contact the business office.
• If an account is delinquent by one month, arrangements to bring the account current must be made with the business office.
• If an account is delinquent by two months, services may be terminated immediately.
• Past Due balances will accrue a 5% late fee charge.

Withdrawal from MCA: A one-month notification in writing must be given directly to the business office when a child is being withdrawn from the program during the regular school year or during the summer months. A communication with the EL Director or Elementary Principal should also occur to discuss the details behind the student’s withdrawal.

In the event a one-month notice is not given, the parents will be charged for an additional month’s tuition.

Withdrawal at any time after enrollment or re-enrollment will incur a $300 withdrawal fee. ALL admissions fees are non-refundable.
